Please note that we require 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Non-attendance will also incur a penalty.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All patients will be provided with a printed treatment plan outlining treatment options and a fee breakdown. You will have time to consider your options before consenting to proceed.
Treatment plans are subject to change, however we will always keep you informed of any changes made. We have listed fees for the most common treatments only. Your dental practitioner will discuss alternative options with you in person. We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit/debit card.
In accordance with our practice policy we require you to pay an instalment towards your treatment when you commence, with the balance to be paid on the day of final treatment. Certain treatments will require you to pay a portion of the fee before commencing.

PARKING

We have parking spaces available on our forecourt. Alternatively you could utilise the 4 hour free parking bays located opposite the practice.

DISABLED ACCESS

The practice is situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access onto the premises as well as all the surgeries.

ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY COVER

We endeavour to see all emergencies within 24 hours. In the event of an emergency call the practice number and you will be directed to the triage dental nurse who will contact the dentist on call. Private patients requesting out of hours call out will incur a call out charge.

Registered Denplan patients are covered for emergency dental care under their supplementary insurance if they live more than 40 miles away from the practice.

SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS

The safety of our patients is of paramount importance. We pride ourselves in exceeding all standards on sterilisation and infection control dictated by the British Dental Association and outlined by the Health and Social Act of 2008. Sterilisation and infection control is documented and audited.

ANTIBIOTIC STEWARDSHIP

A component of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Preventing infections will reduce antibiotic use and safe guard against antibiotic resistance due to overuse.
