Dental Nurse

Charlotte Lami - Dental Nurse/Oral Health Educator/Impression Taking/Fluoride Varnish Application

I began my career as a Dental nurse in 2012 after completing my apprenticeship at the practice. This enabled me to educate and empower children and adults on their oral health and help them practice a preventive home routine. Within the past 9 years I have gained a lot of nursing experience working in a specialist practice conducting implant and specialist dental nursing.
In 2016 I worked at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital London. I was fortunate to have spent time nursing in cleft palate orthodontics, in theatre and then moved onto holding my own oral health clinics in the paediatric department. I then returned to Birchington Dental Care and have expanded my skills with a fluoride varnish application course. I am dedicated and absolutely love the time I spend with patients of all ages.
